He is expected to announce another campaign for the presidency any day now. His plan, if he wins, is personal government. If he loses? We can assume that it will be more of the same: lying and whimpering.
That, and making eyes at men of the sort he would like to be: Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping, Kim Jong-un, Mohammed bin Salman.
